OCN/LN Monitor (Escort)

About the role

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) is responsible for safely escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel and contractors into designated work areas, monitoring them throughout their tasks, and ensuring compliance with base security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, count personnel before and after work, and report numbers to the appropriate staff.
• Provide entry badges, brief LN/OCN personnel on rules and procedures, and escort them until work is completed and the area is cleared.
• Maintain continuous visual contact with escorted personnel and vehicles, preventing prohibited items from entering the base.
• Respond to safety incidents, evacuate to protective shelter if needed, and notify project managers and safety staff of unsafe conditions.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are met and alert security of any suspicious behavior.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with a valid U.S. passport (preferred) and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements and obtain a residency visa in the host nation.
• Willingness to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust, high temperatures, and long hours.
• 100% overseas deployment travel.
• Eligibility for a NACI/Public Trust security clearance.
