OCN/LN Monitor – Escort Personnel in Kuwait

About the role

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) is responsible for safely escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel into work zones, monitoring their movements, and ensuring compliance with base security procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Escort LN/OCN personnel from entry facilities to work sites and back, maintaining continuous visual contact.
• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, count personnel and vehicles before and after duties.
• Brief escorted personnel on rules, procedures, and prohibited items.
• Ensure no weapons, drugs, or contraband are brought onto the base.
• Maintain safety of self and escorted personnel, including evacuation to protective shelter if needed.
• Notify project/site managers and safety staff of unsafe conditions or suspicious behavior.
• Adhere to strict housekeeping practices and maintain an alert state of readiness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with a valid U.S. passport (preferred).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a residency visa in the host nation.
• Willingness to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust and high temperatures.
• 100% overseas deployment with travel.
• Security clearance: NACI/Public Trust.
