About the role
We are seeking a proactive and presentable female Office Assistant cum Marketing Executive to support our front‑office operations and assist with marketing initiatives in Kuwait City.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑office reception, greet visitors and handle client coordination.
- Support recruitment and staffing activities, including basic staffing processes.
- Assist the marketing team with business development tasks and local client visits.
- Coordinate marketing materials and contribute to promotional activities.
- Maintain office records and ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, active, and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of staffing/recruitment and marketing concepts.
- Female candidates only.
- Preferably holds a Kuwait or home‑country driving licence; car ownership is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
