Online Leak Repair Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Online Leak Repair Supervisor to lead emergency leak repair operations on live industrial systems. You will manage specialist teams that seal leaks on pressurised pipelines, valves, flanges, pumps, heat exchangers and related equipment while keeping plant operations running safely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise online leak repair and emergency maintenance activities on live systems.
- Conduct technical assessments and site inspections to identify leak sources.
- Coordinate field teams during planned and emergency works.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and client requirements.
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
- Support client meetings and develop technical solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or piping systems.
- Strong knowledge of valves, flanges, pumps, pressure systems and piping.
- Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, desalination or water industries.
- Proven ability to work during plant shutdowns and emergency situations.
- Leadership, planning and communication skills.
