Area Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Area Sales Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Al Asimah, Kuwait, responsible for overseeing sales operations across assigned stores of The Face Shop.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store performance and analyze sales reports to ensure targets are met.
• Coach, motivate and develop store teams, providing regular feedback.
• Coordinate merchandising and promotional activities in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with management to develop local sales strategies and support staff training on products and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and recommend improvements.
• Proven team management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent customer service focus, preferably with retail or beauty sector experience.
• Effective communication skills for internal coordination and customer interaction.
• Experience training team members on products, sales techniques and service standards.
• Background in retail sales, cosmetics or skincare is advantageous.
• Ability to work on‑site across multiple locations in Al Asimah with flexibility to visit stores as needed.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is beneficial.
