About the role
The Operations Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of assigned property assets. Working closely with the Property Management team, the role contributes to overall departmental productivity and tenant satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant, contractor, and vendor inquiries via email or phone, delivering timely and professional responses.
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments for the VP of Property Management.
- Prepare correspondence, draft memos, and create reports and presentations.
- Issue work permits and access cards in line with established procedures.
- Maintain organised records of tenant files and related correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support, following up on queries and requests from tenants and visitors.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the line manager.
Required profile
- High school diploma or secretarial certification with relevant experience.
- 2‑5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong written and spoken English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
