Operations Manager - Retail & Food Sector

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our retail and food division. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple supermarket and hyper‑market branches, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all retail and food outlets, coordinating staff, logistics and inventory.
• Implement waste‑reduction initiatives and improve sales efficiency.
• Monitor and enforce food safety standards, including HACCP, storage protocols and quality control.
• Analyse sales reports and performance metrics to optimise workflows and boost profitability.
• Develop and execute strategies for multi‑branch performance improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the supermarket or hyper‑market industry.
• Deep knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and quality control procedures.
• Strong leadership ability to manage multi‑branch teams and logistics operations.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret sales data and drive process improvements.
