Oracle HCM Techno‑Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Oracle HCM Techno‑Functional Consultant with 4–5 years of hands‑on experience to support, configure, and enhance our Oracle HCM solutions. The role involves close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, etc.) based on business needs.
• Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components) and support data migration and integrations.
• Perform system configurations, unit/system testing and UAT support, and troubleshoot application issues.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation and assist in post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant (EBS) in a techno‑functional capacity.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and good understanding of Oracle HCM architecture.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring systems, and providing user support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Oracle HCM (E‑Business Suite) and preferably Oracle Fusion HCM.
• SQL/PLSQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, or middleware tools.
• Familiarity with RICE components (reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions).
