Paints & Building Materials Sales Representative

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. You will promote and sell paints, coatings and related building materials to contractors, retailers and project owners while building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clients and project sites to present product features and benefits.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Track market trends, monitor competitor activity and support inventory control.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product performance.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in paints, coatings or building materials, with a record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Basic technical understanding of construction materials and their applications.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving licence and willingness to travel for client and site visits.
• Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse, logistics and finance teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using sales, inventory or ERP systems.
