Partnership Development Senior Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to head the commercial partnerships function for a leading sports and corporate events organisation operating across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The role combines strategic relationship building, sponsorship acquisition and team leadership to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Partnership Development team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Identify, negotiate and secure new strategic partnerships and high‑value sponsorships.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Design to create compelling partnership proposals.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, track pipeline performance and produce regular management reports.
• Ensure commercial processes comply with company policies and continuously improve them.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, commercial partnerships or sponsorship sales.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing commercial teams.
• Strong network in Kuwait and/or Saudi Arabia across corporate, government or sports sectors.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with willingness to travel across the GCC.
