Payroll Officer – HR Team

About the role

Kout Food Group is seeking a highly analytical Payroll Officer to join its HR team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant payroll operations for a workforce of over 5,000 employees across multiple brands, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for 5,000+ employees, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
• Supervise payroll activities, enforce internal policies and statutory regulations.
• Administer monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, deductions, advances, leave and benefits.
• Calculate leave entitlements, end‑of‑service indemnities and other employee benefits.
• Audit payroll reports before release to ensure data integrity.
• Participate in bonus processing and other compensation‑related activities.
• Oversee HR master data and employee lifecycle transactions in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Support Time & Attendance system integrations, validations and exception handling.
• Configure and enhance payroll system features and capabilities.
• Prepare payroll MIS reports, dashboards and audit‑ready documentation for strategic decision‑making.
• Review payroll policies, recommend improvements and resolve employee queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, HR systems and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
