Performance & Analysis Expert

About the role

Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan, is seeking a Performance & Analysis Expert to build and operate a comprehensive business data monitoring system. You will support management decisions across orders, users, supply, subsidies and regional performance.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a business data monitoring and operational analysis system, defining core KPIs for orders, users, supply, subsidies and regions.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual operational analysis reports, highlighting budget achievement, indicator fluctuations and regional performance.
• Conduct specialized analyses on user segmentation, subsidy efficiency, campaign ROI, category penetration and channel contribution, delivering actionable optimization recommendations.
• Track implementation of management decisions, creating a closed‑loop process of analysis, suggestion, implementation and review.
• Support the decomposition and execution of business operational goals, set up daily performance monitoring, early‑warning alerts and root‑cause analysis for anomalies.
• Translate data insights into business language and collaborate with operations, product, supply chain and finance teams to drive strategy execution.
• Monitor industry trends and combine market information with internal data to provide forward‑looking business guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, finance or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in business analysis, data operations or the internet, food delivery or O2O industry; experience in food delivery, e‑commerce or local services is preferred.
• Strong data sensitivity, structured thinking and the ability to identify core issues and opportunities from data.
• Excellent cross‑departmental communication and resource integration skills.
• Proven ability to independently manage and deliver cross‑departmental projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with Python, R or Power BI.
• Data modeling and visualization capabilities.
