About the role
The Physical Therapist Floater provides outpatient therapy services on a flexible schedule, supporting a diverse and complex patient population. Working within the Therapy Central Office, the role demands independence, accountability, and a commitment to professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality physical therapy interventions to outpatients across multiple locations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy standards.
- Participate in department initiatives aimed at service enhancement.
Required profile
- Arkansas State Board licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of one year professional experience or successful completion of all facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
- Current CPR certification.
- Day shift availability (8 am – 5 pm) and ability to work 80 hours bi‑weekly.
