Physical Therapist Floater – Outpatient Therapy

About the role

The Physical Therapist Floater provides high‑quality outpatient therapy services across multiple locations, supporting a complex patient population. Working day shifts from 8 am to 5 pm, the role requires independence, accountability, and a commitment to professional growth within the Therapy Central Office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy assessments and interventions to outpatients.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Float between outpatient sites as needed to ensure coverage and continuity of care.
• Adhere to Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy regulations and facility policies.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum one year of professional experience or completion of all required facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
• Current CPR certification.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
