Physical Therapist Floater – Outpatient Therapy

About the role
The Physical Therapist Floater provides outpatient therapy services on a day‑shift schedule (8 am–5 pm). This position supports a complex patient population, ensuring high‑quality, independent care while contributing to departmental growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy assessments and interventions to outpatients.
- Demonstrate independence and accountability in patient care.
- Maintain a day‑shift schedule and log 80 hours bi‑weekly.
- Participate in professional and department development activities.
Required profile
- Active Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
- Minimum of one year professional experience or completion of all required facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
- CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
Required skills
- CPR certification.
