Physical Therapist Floater – Outpatient Therapy

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Floater for our outpatient therapy department. The position provides flexible coverage across multiple clinics, delivering high‑quality care to a complex patient population while supporting departmental growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent physical therapy assessments and interventions for patients of varying ages in an outpatient setting.
• Maintain accountability for patient outcomes and documentation in accordance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to department improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum of one year professional experience or successful completion of all facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
• Ability to work day shifts (8 am–5 pm) and meet a bi‑weekly schedule of 80 hours.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
