Physical Therapist Floater – Outpatient Therapy

About the role

The Physical Therapist Floater provides flexible, high‑quality outpatient therapy services across multiple locations. This position supports a complex patient population while demonstrating independence and accountability in delivering care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy interventions to patients of varying ages and conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility and state regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Participate in department growth initiatives and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license (AR licensure).
• Minimum of one year professional experience or completion of all required facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
• CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a complex caseload.
