About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our rehab therapy agency. Working day shifts from 7:15 am to 4:15 pm, you will support a diverse and complex patient population under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and assist with therapy sessions.
Demonstrate independence and accountability in managing treatment plans.
Complete all facility competency requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency protocols.
Collaborate with the therapy team to promote professional growth.

Required profile

Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy Assistants.
Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to work the specified day shift.

Required skills

Physical therapy assistance techniques.
Patient care and safety procedures.
CPR and emergency response.
