About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our rehab therapy agency. Working day shifts from 7:15 am to 4:15 pm, you will support a diverse and complex patient population under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assist with therapy sessions.
- Demonstrate independence and accountability in managing treatment plans.
- Complete all facility competency requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency protocols.
- Collaborate with the therapy team to promote professional growth.
Required profile
- Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work the specified day shift.
