Picker Strategy Operations Lead

About the role

Keeta is building a global fulfillment network and needs a senior leader to design and own the end‑to‑end Picker strategy across Hypermarket and Dark Store formats. You will create scalable SOPs, manage a large 3PL ecosystem and drive data‑based performance governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, iterate and document picking SOPs, standards, exception handling and quality checkpoints that can be replicated across formats.
• Lead the full 3PL partnership lifecycle – vendor screening, onboarding, SLA negotiation, pricing analysis, capacity planning and performance evaluation for dozens of partners.
• Build a multi‑dimensional KPI framework covering efficiency, quality, on‑time rate and satisfaction, and codify warning, rectification and penalty mechanisms.
• Develop data‑driven pricing models for picker services, analyse 3PL quotations and ensure competitive, sustainable pricing.
• Own a full‑chain fulfillment KPI monitoring system, automate anomaly detection and implement closed‑loop resolution.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Delivery, Product and Technology teams to resolve complaints and optimise delivery timeliness.
• Conduct regular store visits and frontline research to identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks.

Required profile

• 5+ years in retail/e‑commerce fulfillment or supply‑chain operations, with hands‑on experience building SOPs from scratch.
• Proven 3PL management experience, including contract negotiation, SLA design and performance evaluation; experience with 10+ vendors preferred.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making ability to design KPI frameworks and governance mechanisms.
• Demonstrated cross‑functional collaboration skills with Customer Service, Delivery, Product and Technology teams.
• Frontline team management experience overseeing pickers, riders or drivers at scale.
• Fluent English for independent communication with merchants and internal stakeholders.
