About the role
The Planogrammer is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining planograms across designated showrooms. This role ensures optimal product placement, maximises shelf space utilisation and supports the overall retail strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Implement planograms in all shelf locations according to the approved layout.
- Recommend creative display changes to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Manage retail space efficiently for assigned showrooms.
- Gather phase‑in and phase‑out briefs from the product management team and apply them using planogram software.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports on planogram space utilisation, product turnover and display performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2‑4 years of experience in merchandising and planogramming.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
- Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using planogram software, preferably JDA.
