Pre-Sales Consultant – Technical Solutions Advisor

About the role

The Pre‑Sales Consultant will act as the technical bridge between ProgressSoft’s sales teams and prospective customers, helping them understand and implement our payment solutions. You will provide deep product expertise, qualify opportunities, and shape solution proposals for large, complex deals across the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development and Sales to identify and qualify opportunities for the company’s product suite.
• Lead technical and functional discussions with prospects, capture detailed requirements, and translate them into clear solution scopes.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and custom demo scripts.
• Draft technical proposals, statements of work, and respond to RFI/RFP processes.
• Coordinate with delivery, product, and support teams to ensure accurate estimation and successful implementation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market knowledge on payment trends and conduct SWOT analyses of our offerings.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % of the time.
• Self‑initiated, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead technical conversations.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of real‑time payments, PSD2, Open Banking, Payment Hub, SWIFT and SEPA.
• Strong understanding of the GCC banking and payments landscape.
• Experience preparing PowerPoint presentations and analytical reports.
• Familiarity with RFI/RFP bidding processes and statement‑of‑work creation.
