Principal Consultant Manager – Sales

About the role

Leminar Air Conditioning Company is looking for an experienced Principal Consultant Manager – Sales to lead its Sales Department in Kuwait. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with key clients across the piping and HVAC sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to achieve targets and business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and end‑users.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring long‑term client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports for senior management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
• Coordinate with technical, engineering and operations teams for successful project execution.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms while protecting profitability.
• Represent the company at client meetings, project presentations and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–10 years of sales and business development experience in Kuwait, preferably in piping and HVAC.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing high‑value projects.
• Strong network of consultants, contractors, developers and key stakeholders in Kuwait.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Valid Kuwait residency (transferable visa) and driving licence.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
