Product Operations Associate

About the role

The Product Operations Associate ensures the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of USim’s mobile app, admin portal, and supplier/network ecosystem. You will triage operational incidents, coordinate fixes with engineering and partners, and keep plans and SKUs accurate and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Incident & issue management – triage, prioritize, track and close daily bugs, reporting anomalies and plan misconfigurations while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Plan / SKU operations – create, update and validate pricing, configuration and availability of plans across the app, portal and suppliers.
• Supplier & network coordination – work with third‑party providers to diagnose and resolve provisioning issues and manage provider switches when needed.
• Tooling, documentation & process improvement – maintain Notion runbooks, keep Jira workflows clean and propose automation to reduce manual effort.
• Cross‑functional coordination – partner with founders, C‑suite, engineering, operations and customer service to surface and resolve issues early.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive communicator comfortable working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously and drive them to closure.
• Experience in a fast‑paced product or operations environment.
• Comfortable navigating SaaS tools and internal platforms.
