Product Specialist Immunology

About the role

AbbVie is looking for a Product Specialist in Immunology to execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, manage the assigned territory and targeted accounts and build strong customer relationships. The role places the patient at the centre of efforts and operates within AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies and applicable laws.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets and marketing objectives.
• Create pre-call plans based on SMART objectives and run post-call evaluations to improve sales performance.
• Handle objections and concerns and turn them into logical calls to action on every sales call.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and win-win agreements.
• Develop and run a call plan that meets call metrics and optimises coverage and frequency with key customers.
• Share market intelligence on customer needs, territory, competitors, disease and product with the in-field team, brand team and sales manager.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers and develop disease state experts and speakers/advocates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies.
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in biotechnology and/or pharmaceuticals.
• Previous experience in Immunology, Oncology, Specialty or Rare Disease therapy areas is a must.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
