Production Operator – Paint Manufacturing

About the role

We are urgently hiring Production Operators for a multinational paint manufacturing company in Kuwait. The role involves hands‑on work on the production line to ensure smooth manufacturing of high‑quality paints.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and prepare them according to batch cards.
• Charge raw materials into tanks and operate various production machinery.
• Coordinate with quality control to make final paint adjustments.
• Fill approved paint products and perform related manual labour tasks.

Required profile

• High school graduate (12th grade) or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a paint factory or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Certified Fire Fighter and First Aider are advantageous.
• Knowledge of forklift operation.

Required skills

• Machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Quality control procedures.
• Safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Forklift operation.
• Fire‑fighting and first‑aid certification.
• Basic computer skills.
