Professional Farm Nursery Manager – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Farm Nursery Manager to lead a large‑scale commercial nursery and plant production operation in Kuwait. This senior, hands‑on position requires full ownership of daily operations, team development, and delivery of measurable production results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all nursery and farm activities from propagation to final sale.
• Develop, monitor and achieve production plans, schedules and targets.
• Supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians and farm workers.
• Control plant quality, irrigation, fertigation, pest and disease management.
• Oversee plant movement, inventory accuracy, potting and repotting processes.
• Maintain greenhouses, irrigation systems, machinery and equipment.
• Establish SOPs, daily work plans, checklists and reporting systems.
• Provide regular operational and production reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a commercial nursery or large agricultural operation, preferably in the GCC.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic, Urdu or Tamil are also required.
• Ability to work in the field and closely monitor day‑to‑day activities.
