Project Manager / Project Engineer I

About the role

Worley is seeking a Project Manager (Project Engineer I) to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects in the oil & gas sector. You will be responsible for coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities while ensuring safety, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise project budgets, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate FEED studies, ITB estimate preparation, and LSTK tender packages.
• Act as the primary technical liaison with the client to meet expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee HSE integration into design and procurement processes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve performance, scope, and schedule issues.
• Ensure compliance with WorleyParsons Project Management Plan and contract terms.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, cost forecasts, and value‑improving practices.
• Lead the project team, remove roadblocks, and drive milestone achievement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients.
• Strong focus on HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in budget and cost control, schedule management, and commercial oversight.
