Project Manager & Site Engineer (Finishing & MEP Coordination)

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Project Manager and Site Engineer to lead construction activities in Al‑Rai, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in finishing works and will be able to coordinate effectively with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage and supervise finishing works, guaranteeing quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with MEP contractors to align schedules, resolve conflicts, and maintain seamless workflow.
- Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to on site.
Required profile
- Currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable visa (type #18).
- Immediate availability for full‑time employment.
- Proven experience in construction project management and site engineering.
