Project Transmission Line Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Transmission Line Manager to lead the execution and delivery of overhead transmission line EPC projects in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing all aspects of project performance, from scope and schedule to cost, quality, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with design departments to ensure client‑approved designs are met.
• Plan and forecast resource requirements, including manpower, material, machinery, and infrastructure.
• Monitor project expenses to stay within budget and achieve financial targets.
• Implement mechanisms to monitor quality and safety, minimizing accidents and rejections.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience as a Project Transmission Line Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience with 400kV overhead transmission line projects.
• Mandatory experience on Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW) projects.
• Valid membership with the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Power Engineering.
