QC Supervisor / Manager – Packaging Industry

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Quality Control (QC) Supervisor or Manager to lead our QC activities within the packaging and plastics sector in Hawally, Kuwait. The successful candidate will ensure that products meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant certifications. The role reports to senior management and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily quality control operations and inspections.
- Monitor compliance with ISO and BRC standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues.
- Maintain documentation and records of quality tests.
- Implement corrective actions and drive quality improvement projects.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of ISO and BRC standards (mandatory).
- Experience in the packaging or plastics industry (preferred).
- Indian nationality is preferred.
- Currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable visa (Article 18) is preferred.
- Full‑time availability.
