About the role

Boutiquaat is looking for a polished, professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, partners and VIPs. You will represent the brand’s modern, stylish image while ensuring smooth front‑desk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, partners and VIPs with warmth and confidence.
• Answer, route and manage phone calls, emails and general inquiries.
• Maintain a tidy, organized front‑desk area that reflects the brand’s sleek aesthetic.
• Support administrative tasks and coordinate office activities to keep operations running efficiently.
• Serve as the primary “first impression” contact, setting a positive tone for all interactions.

Required profile

• Charming, confident and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service or front‑desk role.
• Professionalism, punctuality and the ability to multitask gracefully.
• Tech‑savvy mindset and comfort using basic office tools and phone/email systems.
