Recruiter – Warehouse Operations (Kuwaiti National)

A leading regional organization is looking for a motivated and proactive Recruiter to join its HR team, focusing on hiring for warehouse and logistics operations. The role suits someone who enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and operational positions.
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate walk-in interviews and high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of warehouse and logistics candidates.
• Work closely with operational managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Coordinate candidate selection, job offers and joining arrangements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Required profile

• Kuwaiti nationality is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous recruitment or HR experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to support on-site recruitment activities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to recruitment.
