Recruitment Supervisor

About the role

Wiyak is looking for a proactive Recruitment Supervisor to own the end‑to‑end hiring process. You will work independently while partnering with department heads to attract top talent that drives the business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Provide recruitment metrics and insights to senior management.
• Continuously refine hiring processes for speed, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of senior‑level recruitment or talent‑acquisition experience.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment platforms is a plus.
