About the role
Baptist Health is seeking a flexible Registered Nurse to join its Night Shift team. The RN will use the nursing process and hospital‑provided training to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care to patients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient care that meets safety and therapeutic standards.
- Apply the nursing process and clinical judgment in daily tasks.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and clinical competence in a fast‑paced night environment.
- Float within the assigned specialty or across nearby campuses as needed.
Required profile
- Active RN license in good standing in Arkansas.
- Minimum 18 months of RN experience and at least 1 year in the specialty applied for.
- BSN preferred.
- Willingness to float within 50 miles of the home campus.
Required skills
- Healthcare CPR certification (required).
- ACLS certification (training provided where needed).
- PALS certification (training provided where needed).
- NALS certification (training provided where needed).
What we offer
- Training for specialty certifications.
- Bi‑weekly authorized hours of 72.
