Reservation Agent (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

As a Reservation Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming experience and ensuring smooth booking processes. You will work closely with the front‑office team to maximise revenue and meet guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging service to all guests.
• Offer the best room selection and maximise revenue through up‑selling.
• Recommend property facilities and handle special requests.
• Book room reservations, maintain rooming lists and keep system data accurate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front‑office or guest services.
• Strong understanding of reservation principles and hotel management systems.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Opera (or similar reservation system).
• Microsoft Office applications.
