Reservations Supervisor

About the role

As a Reservations Supervisor at Hilton, you will lead the daily reservations operations, ensuring every guest receives a warm and memorable experience. You will guide a team of reservation agents while managing group blocks and inventory to support hotel revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily individual and group reservation processing.
• Lead, coach, and train the reservations team to maintain high service standards.
• Manage group room blocks, monitor cut‑off dates, and align inventory with contracts.
• Support group reservation execution, including block building, rooming lists, and billing.
• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly reports such as Group Pickup, No‑Show, and Booking Channel Summary.
• Ensure data integrity across reservation systems, group masters, and special rate plans.
• Handle reservation inquiries and updates with exceptional guest service.
