Restaurant Cashier – Customer Service & POS

About the role
We are looking for an efficient and friendly Cashier to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible for handling cash and card transactions accurately while delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Prepare end-of-day financial reports
- Collaborate with kitchen and server staff for efficient order processing
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of cashier experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
