About the role

The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests entering the hotel’s restaurants, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth start to each dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, managing reservations and walk‑ins efficiently.
• Maintain the inventory of the restaurant outlet, ensuring supplies are stocked and organized.
• Assist service staff during busy periods, supporting smooth operations.
• Build genuine, personalized relationships with guests to enhance their arrival experience.
• Handle multiple guest requests and coordinate with team members while maintaining a calm demeanor.
