About the role
The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests entering the hotel’s restaurants, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth start to each dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, managing reservations and walk‑ins efficiently.
- Maintain the inventory of the restaurant outlet, ensuring supplies are stocked and organized.
- Assist service staff during busy periods, supporting smooth operations.
- Build genuine, personalized relationships with guests to enhance their arrival experience.
- Handle multiple guest requests and coordinate with team members while maintaining a calm demeanor.
Required profile
- Sociable, outgoing personality with a pleasing demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Calm under pressure, capable of juggling several tasks simultaneously.
