Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Shift Manager will oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring a high‑quality dining experience for guests. This role requires strong leadership to guide staff, maintain service standards, and manage operational tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor order accuracy, food quality, and adherence to hygiene and food‑safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and manage stock and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Indonesian citizenship.
• 3–5 years of genuine quick‑service restaurant (QSR) experience, preferably with brands such as McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, or Pizza Hut.
• Basic English communication skills.
• No prior work experience in Kuwait.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage restaurant operations.
