About the role

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our South Indian restaurant in Mangaf. Two key positions are open: a Restaurant Supervisor who will oversee front‑of‑house and kitchen operations, and a Chinese Master chef specialized in Chinese and Indo‑Chinese cuisine.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen staff and front‑desk personnel.
• Manage customer service standards, handle guest inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement cost‑cutting measures and monitor inventory to optimise profitability.
• Oversee basic accounting tasks, including daily cash handling and expense tracking.
• Prepare authentic Chinese and Indo‑Chinese dishes, maintaining high culinary standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant supervision or kitchen management, preferably within the local market.
• Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and basic accounting procedures.
• Demonstrated expertise in Chinese and Indo‑Chinese cooking techniques.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and maintain excellent customer service.
