Retail Sales Associate – Fashion Store (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our Ipekyol store at Khiran Mall in Kuwait. You will be the front‑line ambassador of our fashion brand, helping customers enjoy a personalized shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Guide shoppers in product selection, provide styling advice, and promote relevant vouchers.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked sales floor; replenish merchandise continuously.
• Monitor for security risks, report incidents, and help prevent loss.
• Display new arrivals, update price tags during promotions, and arrange merchandise according to visual guidelines.
• Achieve hourly and daily sales targets through up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Communicate stock issues and non‑performing items to the Department Manager.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong selling techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Team‑player mindset.
