Retail Sales Associate – Fashion Store (Kuwait)

About the role

Ipekyol, a leading Turkish fashion brand, is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its team at the Khiran Mall store in Kuwait. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers enjoy a personalized fashion experience while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring timely and high‑quality service.
• Guide purchase decisions, recommend products, and promote vouchers when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop floor and replenish merchandise continuously.
• Monitor security risks, report incidents promptly, and help prevent loss.
• Display and tag merchandise according to the Merchandiser/Shop Manager’s direction, especially during promotions.
• Upsell and cross‑sell to achieve hourly and daily sales goals.
• Inform the Department Manager about unavailable or low‑performing items.
• Merchandise products based on sales trends and release dates.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Strong customer focus, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handle multiple tasks and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Team‑player mindset.
