Retail Sales Associate

About the role
The Sales Associate will work on the shop floor to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, meet sales targets and represent the Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle brand. You will interact directly with customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right products.
Key responsibilities
- Champion customer‑service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
- Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations to achieve sales targets.
- Upsell and cross‑sell merchandise to maximise transaction value.
- Maintain store appearance, including cleanliness, tidiness and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Comply with store security policies to minimise stock loss.
- Collaborate with other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands to locate unavailable items.
Required profile
- High School Certificate.
- 1‑2 years of retail or sales experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Fluent Arabic.
