Retail Sales Executive – Luxury Watches & Jewelry

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive will be the face of Minimalist in our new Kuwait store, interacting daily with customers who are interested in luxury watches, jewelry and accessories. You will build lasting relationships, understand individual preferences and guide shoppers toward the pieces that best match their style.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every customer, providing detailed product information and building rapport.
• Proactively approach shoppers, answer questions, assess needs and recommend items tailored to their preferences.
• Address customer queries, resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive sales by explaining promotions, special offers and discounts.
• Maintain accurate sales records, coordinate with internal departments and seek performance improvements.
• Uphold Minimalist’s brand standards in every interaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing sales experience in Kuwait within luxury watches, jewelry or related retail.
• Relevant academic degree (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology) – preferred.
• Sales‑management certification from an accredited provider – preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
