Roaming Senior Specialist

About the role

Solutions by stc is looking for a Roaming Senior Specialist to lead and manage roaming relationships with overseas operators. You will be responsible for negotiating commercial agreements, ensuring accurate billing, and supporting IoT roaming initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiations with roaming and IoT partners, managing tariffs, settlement rates and commercial agreements.
• Oversee interconnect and roaming reporting, reconciliation, invoicing and dispute resolution to guarantee billing accuracy.
• Manage roaming operations, including RAP/TAP processing, test‑SIM monitoring, system performance and coordination with IT for enhancements.
• Administer customer contracts, ensuring proper documentation, reporting, reconciliation processes and policy compliance.
• Provide regular financial and operational performance reports, collaborating with Finance, IT and internal stakeholders to ensure timely settlements and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in roaming, interconnect or telecom operations.
