About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on SaaS Business Unit Manager to lead the growth and daily operations of our established SaaS product line in Kuwait. This senior leadership position combines B2B sales, growth execution, customer onboarding, success, technical support, and team management to build a scalable, high‑performance business unit.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full commercial and operational performance of the SaaS unit, including sales targets, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
  • Design, implement and continuously improve a structured sales process, ensure CRM discipline and train the sales team.
  • Coordinate with marketing to generate qualified leads through campaigns, offers, content and sector‑specific promotions, measuring impact on acquisition and revenue.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding journey, creating checklists, assigning responsibilities and reducing activation delays.
  • Drive customer success and retention by monitoring satisfaction, ensuring product adoption and managing renewals.
  • Lead technical support operations, oversee team building, and establish clear processes for daily execution.

Required profile

  • Proven hands‑on experience managing a SaaS business unit or similar B2B technology offering.
  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets, pipeline development and revenue growth.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and support teams.
  • Excellent ownership mindset with a focus on building scalable processes and structures.
  • Leadership experience in building and managing high‑performing teams.
