Safety & Security Officer / CCTV Operator

About the role

We are looking for proactive professionals to join our team in Sulaibiya, Kuwait. The Safety & Security Officer will oversee the overall safety environment across our facilities, while the CCTV Operator will monitor surveillance systems to support daily security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety and security procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, respond to incidents, and coordinate with the security team.
• Prepare detailed reports to ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
• Maintain logs and video recordings of surveillance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (mandatory for Safety Officer).
• High school diploma or equivalent for CCTV Operator.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience for the Safety Officer role.
• Experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations is an advantage.
