About the role
Paswi Group is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead health and safety activities on an MEW project in Kuwait. You will ensure compliance with safety procedures, support the implementation of safety measures, and maintain a safe working environment across the site.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise health and safety activities throughout the project site.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety procedures and workplace requirements.
- Support the implementation of safety measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and oversee safety and firefighting systems.
- Maintain accurate safety records and incident reports.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant safety supervision experience.
- NEBOSH certification.
- Proven experience with safety and firefighting systems.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate safety activities on a large project.
