Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Account Manager to join our team in Kuwait. You will generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction while helping accounts grow. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver AI‑powered digital marketing solutions to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with clients and identify upselling opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales updates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, CRM, or technology solutions is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in Kuwait.
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
